Meet Li Ching Yuen is a man who lived an amazing 256 years according to the New York Times article. The statistics and some further documents have shown that he was celebrating his 200th birthday in 1877.
Li Ching Yuen allegedly started his herbalist career when he was 10 years old, where he accumulated herbs in mountain ranges and learned of their strength for life span. For just about 40 years, he made due on an eating regimen of herbs, for example, lingzhi, goji berry, wild ginseng, he shoo wu and gotu kola and rice wine. In 1749, at 71 years old, he joined the Chinese armed forces as educator of hand to hand fighting.
