First, you should warm up the heat and then add the apples, carrots, sweet potatoes and onion. Cook them well until they are soft and then add the broth, lentils, ginger, paprika and cumin. Let the mixture boil for about half an hour. At the end blend the soup and simmer it until the moment the water evaporates. You can serve it with a coconut cream as a topping.
