This is a strong toxin that can be fatal for your health and cause many diseases and health issues, such as: Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s and many types of cancer. You should use vegetable oils only one time.

Rice

Rice is best when it is stored properly. The uncooked rice contains harmful bacteria which can survive even the cooking process and if you place it in a room temperature after cooking it can cause many digestive problems. You should never reheat it and it rice leftovers. Instead, you can freeze them.

Chicken

This meat is rich in proteins and when you reheat it its composition becomes very dangerous. The chicken meat can be consumed for up to two days and not even a minute more. Reheatening it is only allowed if the inside of the meat is extremely hot.

Vegetables

Reheating the vegetables can be fatal for you. They should always be stored at -4 C and if you need to store them for a longer time, then you should freeze them. They can cause many problems when stored to a room temperature, especially celery, beets, lettuce and spinach. Some studies have shown that nitrate found in vegetables can cause methemoglobinemia. It is a very rare blood disorder that appears in children and it has many symptoms, such as, fatigue, shortness of breath and seizures.
