Drinking Water on Empty Stomach Immediately After Waking Up!

Although not all of us have the habit to drink water first thing in the morning, it is a very healthy thing to do.  Drinking water on an empty stomach helps in the treatment of asthma, bronchitis, kidney disease, vomiting, headache, epilepsy, etc.


It is very simple. You should drink 4x160ml glasses of water right after you wake up. Then, wash your teeth and do not consume anything for the next 45 minutes.  After this, you can drink and eat everything you want. You should also skip drinks and food two hours after breakfast, lunch and dinner.
