Lie down and put your palms under your shoulders. Slowly breath and put your palms still flat on the floor. Stay in this position 15 to 30 seconds, then repeat this pose five more times.

Lie down on your back, breathe and start raising your legs straight as high as you can, then put your arms straight and try to reach your toes. Stay like this for 15 seconds, then repeat five times.


Put your knees below your hips with your hands below shoulders. Work your feet backward until the legs are straight out behind your body. Breathe and be sure that your neck and spine are adjust and pull in abdominal muscles.
