Having a migraine can cause visual disturbances, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, extreme sensitivity to sound, light, touch and smell, and tingling or numbness in the face. 2. Cluster Headache
It usually affects more men than women and it occurs over one eye. It is recurring, and it can occur in a group or a cycle. It can cause a hard pain on one side of your head. Its cause is unknown, but it usually occurs when a nerve pathway in the base of a brain is activated. You can treat this headache by applying a small amount of capsaicin cream because this cream helps you block nerve pain signals.
3. Tension Headache
It is one of the most common type on headache and mainly it feels like a pressure around your head, especially ate the back of your head or your neck. You can also feel pain around your eyes. This kind of headache can be a result of contraction of neck or scalp muscles or stress. The best way to treat this headache is to drink ginger tea or add peppermint oil to your hairline.
4. Sinus Headache
This kind of headache can occur when your sinus becomes inflamed and it can bring you big pain, a fever and pressure around your eyes, cheeks or forehead. You can treat it by drinking a lot of fluids, warm water, taking Vitamin C or green lemon tea. You can also treat it with fresh ginger, warm soup or hot and cold compress.
