Breakfast:

Dinner:

  • 125 gram of boiled beef
  • One piece of tomato
  • One piece of orange
  • One piece of rusk
  • One cup of coffee or tea

Day four – lunch

  • 125 gram of cow milk
  • One piece of tomato
  • One piece of rusk

Dinner:

  • 125 gram of boiled beef
  • Two piece of tomatoes
  • One piece of apple
  • One piece of rusk

Day five – lunch

  • 125 gram of boiled fish/meat
  • One piece of tomato
  • One piece of rusk

Dinner:

  • 0.5 kg of boiled vegetables such as; potato, peas and carrot
Day six and day seven
Stop dieting for a while and continue those diet plans above for day 8. It is recommended to not drink alcohol during the diet. After doing the diet for 5 days, then you will lose your weight starting 5-10 pounds and after a two day break for diet, you should do the diet again for 3 times. If you eat this diet regularly except on Monday, then you will lose more weight and not gain weight again.
On Monday, you should eat one cup of lemon juice for breakfast, one piece of apple and rusk for lunch and one boiled egg, rusk and tomato for dinner.
